Jean-François Michaud joined the firm in 1998 as an Employee Benefits Manager and made partner in 2000. He offers group insurance and retirement plan consulting services to over 100 private companies. He also oversees the "MonEmployeur.ca" job site, which is offered to all his clients. Before joining Groupe DCB, Jean-François was a Senior Underwriter for the national accounts of a major Canadian insurer and a Group Insurance Advisor at Mercer. He

Jean-François holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and an Executive MBA from Concordia University. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and has affiliations with the following organizations:
